**Even though we do not have a deadline for registration, we do, however, need to submit an initial participant count to the camp site prior to the Conference. Therefore, please register by Sunday May 17, 2009 so that we may fulfill our obligations. Note that we will still accept registrations beyond this date...

If you registered, but could not make it to the conference due to unforeseeable circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure that an accurate count is submitted to the camp site.
